5.2 User Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CALLSHEET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
